Reliance Jio , Jio, free calling only from Jio to Jio's network ,

After the arrival of Reliance Jio, there was a huge competition among telecom companies. Jio provided users with services like free calling, unlimited internet surfing. After which other telecom companies cut the prices of many of their existing plans to compete with Jio. Apart from this, many new plans were also introduced. At the same time, Reliance Jio has made a big announcement that can disappoint the users of the company. The company has informed that now Jio will not provide free service for calling.

Reliance Jio has announced through a press release that now users will be able to avail the facility of free calling only from Jio to Jio's network. Apart from this, charges will have to be paid for calls to other operators' networks. The company has informed that if you call any other network with Jio's number, then you will have to pay 6 paise per minute interconnect usage charge (IUC). However, the company has also made it clear that instead it will provide this same free data to its users.

Explain that IUC is a price paid by a mobile telecom to other telecom operators. The company has also informed that the change made for the calling will be implemented from today. This change is valid for all top-up vouchers. Also, the company will charge a calling fee of 6 paise per minute until TRAI implements zero termination charge arrangement. Which may come into force on 1 January 2020. After this announcement of the company, now you have to pay a charge to call Reliance Jio on Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, BSNL and other networks.
